Alex is an experienced entrepreneur and international businessman. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Plexus International, a quality training and consulting organization with 14 international offices and the Chairman of Xten Capital Group, a holding company and research and development company engaged in IP and product development.

Alex was the North American joint venture partner with Ruyan Group Holdings, the originator of the modern e-cigarette.

As the joint venture partner he successfully secured patents for Ruyan that sold in 2013 for $75 million USD and has resulted in licensing and royalty revenue for the purchaser in excess of $600 million USD.

Alex is the co-inventor of all of our issued and pending US and international patents—all related to vapor/aerosol systems and formulations for inhaled delivery.

Alex is a Boston College graduate with a degree in Chemistry.

Bill has had a five-decade career as an educator, banker, inventor, corporate executive and entrepreneur.

Bill is a graduate of the University of Mary, Bismarck ND, holds an MA from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND -where he served on the faculty from 1976 to 1981- and a PhD in Adult Education. Throughout his career he has served as an adjunct faculty member at numerous colleges and universities in the area of corporate/business communications and corporate relations.

Dan has served as an executive officer and a member of our board of directors since our founding.

He is an experienced businessman and corporate executive, having served as a controller, a human resources director, a business development specialist and a member of the board of directors of several enterprises of various sizes throughout his professional career.

He also is an officer of Xten Capital Group, serving as its Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer.

Dan earned his BBA degree from Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

Roger has served as an executive officer of our company since our founding and has been a member of our board of directors since April 2015, serving as our Corporate Secretary.

He has broad and lengthy experience in international commerce and distribution and has established and managed global distribution centers throughout Asia Pacific.

Roger attended Dana College, Blair, Nebraska, where he majored in Business Administration.
